Redwing Unboxed: December 2023
The property sector tends to see a slow down in December each year with all the hustle and bustle that comes with the festive season, but that wasn’t the case for the team at Redwing!
Let’s unbox December 2023 together…
- We welcomed people into their new homes just in time for Christmas, completing 16 move ins.
- We closed 14 sales for our sellers.
- We listed 10 brand new properties to the market.
- We conducted a whopping 43 viewings helping buyers and renters find their perfect place to call home!
Whilst busy getting people moving, we also attended the YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards and had to make more space in our trophy cabinet…
- We were crowned Liverpool’s Property Agency of The Year reigning champions, for the 2nd year running!
- Our gorgeous Plaza 1821 development was titled Liverpool’s Build-To-Rent development of The Year.

Our team also spent time to support the communities we work in…
- Raising £925 for The Whitechapel Centre, Liverpool’s leading homelessness charity, in our Christmas campaign ‘the sweetest place in town’. Find out more about the campaign here.
- As part of the campaign, we also delivered a LEGO® gingerbread house to our competition winner just in time for Christmas.
- We donated 50 gifts to the children and families at Centre 56, a Liverpool charity supporting families who have experienced abuse or who are in crisis. Find out more about Centre 56 here.
What an amazing month to round off 2023. We’re looking forward to all the exciting things 2024 has in store and are rekicking off the year with an even busier January!
