Management fees
Management fees cover the cost of providing day‑to‑day property management services for your building or estate. These fees vary depending on the type of property and the level of management required.
Management fees are included in your annual service charge budget and are paid monthly as part of your service charge.
We review management fees each year to make sure they reflect the actual cost of delivering services such as:

estate and building inspections

managing repairs and maintenance

health and safety compliance

contractor and service management

responding to enquiries
If you have concerns about the management fee you are being asked to pay, please contact us so we can discuss this with you. You also have the right to apply to the First-tier Tribunal (FTT), an independent body that can decide whether a fee is reasonable.
Administration fees
Administration fees apply to work that is not included within the management fee. These tasks are usually one‑off requests and may include:

providing duplicate documents

processing permissions under your lease

handling enquiries related to resales

supplying information to solicitors
We review these charges every year. Each fee is based on the time and resources needed to complete the task.
Unless stated otherwise, administration fees are payable in advance by telephone or cheque. If you need an alternative payment method, please contact us and we will support you.
