Cost of service: £300 initial fee then 7-10% of monthly rent negotiated on portfolio size.

Our expert team will find you a tenant! With professional marketing and advertising, we’ll put your property in front of the right people.
Cost of service: the equivalent of one month's rent or a minimum of £500.
