In some areas, Redwing continues to provide services that benefit the wider estate. These are funded through your service charge. Examples include:

• grounds maintenance or gardening in shared estate areas

• communal lighting

• pumping stations that support several homes

These services may vary depending on your development. Your service charge breakdown will show what applies to your home.
