Paying your rent helps us provide services and maintain your home. We offer several payment options to make paying your rent simple and convenient.

 

Direct Debit 

The easiest way to pay is by Direct Debit. Contact us to set up a Direct Debit and your rent will automatically be taken from your bank account either weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. You can also set up your Direct Debit by registering for with The Hub – our online portal where you can manage your rent 24/7 without needing to contact our Customer Service Team. Phone 

You can call our automated payment line to pay by debit or credit card. To make a payment, call 0344 736 0063. You will need your rent account number when you call. This service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. 

Calls may be charged at your standard network rate.

Online 

You can pay your rent online through The Hub (in the "Make a payment" page). Simply login to your account or register by clicking www.redwing.co.uk/the-hub 
 

Standing order  

Set up a Standing Order through your bank or by filling out a Standing Order form. Please make sure you quote your tenancy reference number on all standing order payments. 

Paycheck 

You can take your payment card to any Post Office or Payzone outlet near you and pay your rent by cash, debit or credit card. 

Cheque 

Make cheques payable to Redwing Living Ltd and write your name, address and tenancy reference number on the back.
