Customer Centric Clinics

Our Customer Centric Clinics are a new idea and approach to ensure all the information and feedback we have is used to  highlight what we do well, and create plans for where we need to improve.

We opened Customer Centric Clinics with our staff in January 2023 to help with this which has enabled us to ‘get under the skin’ of the information we hold and see what themes are emerging from the feedback we are given from customers.

We have developed improvement plans called ‘you said, we did…’ which is where we share the improvement actions that have taken place. Our Scrutiny Panel are responsible for checking and reviewing these actions have been carried out and give feedback.
