Our latest partnership is with Letta, Peel L&P’s new build-to-rent arm. This partnership has seen us market, let and manage 100 homes across Ellesmere Port and Bolton. Launching three Letta neighbourhoods and welcoming hundreds of residents, Redwing achieved an impressive 98.9% off-plan reservation rate out of the 96 homes within the Letta portfolio. We continue to grow a waiting list of interested customers to minimise void loss for the client with record speed re-lets.

Plaza 1821 is Redwing’s flagship build-to-rent scheme and comprises 105 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Situated on the enviable location of Liverpool’s Princes Dock, Plaza 1821 is part of the Liverpool Waters regeneration project of the historic docklands.

Our marketing, lettings and property management team’s expert approach has achieved a consistent rate of 100% occupancy and an average void rate of only 2 days.

Plaza 1821 was crowned Liverpool’s Build-To-Rent Development of the year at the YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards 2023, the judges said: 

"Plaza 1821 earnt the inaugural Build-to-Rent (BTR) Development of the Year award by delivering an outstanding tenant experience, fostering a strong community feel amongst its residents and achieving a highly impressive 100% occupancy rate since 2020. Plaza 1821's ability to maintain full occupancy in Liverpool’s increasingly competitive BTR market is no small accomplishment and reflects both its strong appeal to tenants and the effectiveness of its leasing and retention strategies.”

Warrington Housing Association and Incrementum - Foxwood and Sycamore

In January 2022, we partnered with Warrington Housing Association and Incrementum to market, let and manage 161 properties at two BTR development sites across Warrington. We delivered a quality, end-to-end property service, tailored to the client’s needs, resulting in 100% of properties revered within one month of launch at each phase, 85% of people renewing their tenancies and fast re-lets resulting in reduced financial void loss for WHA. Thanks to Redwing’s success and support, WHA’s build-to-rent arm Lifetime Homes have now taken over the management of the properties.

Peaks and Plains Housing Trust – Crossings.

In 2021, we partnered with Cheshire based Peaks and Plains Housing Trust to market, sell and let their 67-unit multi-tenure development, Crossings. Through an expert marketing campaign, Redwing achieved a 100% off plan reservation rate of all BTR and Rent to buy units.
