North West Residential Sales and lettings Agent of The Year – Insider Media Residential Property Awards 2023.
Recognised for our quality of customer service, excellent consultancy services to clients, and volume of properties sold and let over 2022.
The Insider Media judging panel said: “Praised for its work at a grass roots level, the judges said Redwing’s entry showed they cared and were thinking about the things that really matter.”
Build to rent (BTR) Partnership of The Year – Love to Rent Awards 2023.
Redwing were titled the Nation’s BTR Partnership of The Year for their partnership with Warrington Housing Association (WHA) and Incrementum. Together they brought the Foxwood and Sycamore developments to market consisting of 161 properties to tackle the imbalance of supply versus demand of rental properties across Warrington. Redwing managed all marketing, lettings and property management on behalf of WHA and provided first-class service to residents.
The Love to Rent judging panel said: “This partnership demonstrates the value that can be created by collaboration between organisations with a shared purpose and values. A not-for-profit organisation working alongside a housing association ensuring all profits are invested back within the community. What the judges felt shined out of this submission was both parties’ efforts to ensure the successful delivery of this scheme with their future residents at the centre of their plans.”
Liverpool Property Agency of The Year – YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards 2023
Champions for the 2nd year running against 5 competitors!
The YM Liverpool judging panel said: “Redwing’s outstanding achievement in being named Property Agency of the Year for the second-year running is a testament to the company’s commitment to excellence across every part of its operation - from development consultancy and marketing to sales, lettings, and property management."
“The panel was particularly impressed by Redwing’s continued dedication to social responsibility, evidenced by its support of the region’s Housing First programme which provides permanent accommodation for more than 200 people who are experiencing homelessness in Liverpool.”
BTR Development of The Year 2023 – YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards 2023.
Redwing’s spectacular development Plaza 1821 was crowned Liverpool’s build-to-rent development of the year, part of the Liverpool Waters regeneration project of Liverpool’s historic docklands.
The YM Liverpool judging panel said: “Plaza 1821 earnt the inaugural Build-to-Rent (BTR) Development of the Year award by delivering an outstanding tenant experience, fostering a strong community feel amongst its residents and achieving a highly impressive 100% occupancy rate since 2020.
“Plaza 1821's ability to maintain full occupancy in Liverpool’s increasingly competitive BTR market is no small accomplishment and reflects both its strong appeal to tenants and the effectiveness of its leasing and retention strategies.”
