New homes coming to West Derby
Work has now begun at an exciting new £5.1 million development in West Derby, consisting of 22 affordable new homes. The Regenda Group and subsidiaries, including Redwing, M&Y Maintenance and Construction, and Regenda Homes have joined forces to develop, build, bring to market and manage the 22 new homes.
The development provides affordable housing in a popular location of West Derby, with the first residents expected to move in Spring 2023, bringing much needed, high quality, affordable housing to the area.
Of the 22 plots, four three-bedroom houses will be available for shared ownership through Redwing, a part-buy part-rent scheme offering buyers a quicker way onto the property ladder. Interested in shared ownership? Click here to find out more and see if you’re eligible!
The remaining eighteen one and two bedroom apartments at the development will be available for affordable rent through Regenda Homes, two of which will be fully adapted for wheelchair users.

The high-quality homes have been designed by architects Halsall Lloyd Partnership (HLP), to high environmental standards, with air source heat pumps, photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle charging points.
