Regular inspections by approved contractors will take place, checking the following Fire Protection Equipment within your building:

Under the Building Safety Act 2022, the Principal Accountable Person (PAP) holds legal responsibility for ensuring the safety of high-risk residential buildings. This includes:
- maintaining the structural and fire safety of the building,
- preparing and updating the Building Safety Case,
- ensuring that all safety risks are identified, assessed, and mitigate
- ensure residents are kept informed and engaged in building safety matters through clear communication and accessible information
- responsible for submitting Mandatory Occurrence Reports to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) within statutory timeframes maintaining accurate records of all safety-related incidents
- ensuing robust governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement mechanisms are in place to uphold building safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsible for the day-to-day management of building safety, including
- monitoring safety systems,
- responding to resident concerns,
- escalating incidents as required,
- support the PAP in fulfilling legal duties,
- play a key role in incident investigation and resolution.

The Housing Ombudsman Service is an independent, unbiased, and free service for social housing residents.
The Housing Ombudsman do the following:
- Investigate complaints from residents, leaseholders, and shared owners about social housing providers – including Regenda and Redwing.
- Make sure we treat residents fairly and follow proper procedures
- Publish reports and recommendations to help landlords improve services and prevent future issues
- Share complaints that have been raised to the Housing Ombudsman to show housing providers what they can do better and how to avoid complaints in future.
- Help residents and landlords resolve issues and complaints.

It is part of the Health and Safety Executive.
The Building Safety Regulator:
