We would like to thank all our customers for your patience and understanding during the recent months.
Following the recent Government guidelines, we are happy to announce that our Duke Street office is back open!
From Monday 1st June our office will be operating on reduced staff and opening hours will be reduced to Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm. We will continue to answer phone inquiries from 9 am – 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (subject to bank holidays).
There will be a limit of no more than two people from the same household allowed in the office at any time. All visits to the office must be prearranged with the office staff.
As we are following Government guidance, if we are advised to close the office again, please be assured we will inform you as soon as possible.
Viewings will also resume from Monday 1st June 2020. There will be strict guidelines that must be followed to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. The rules will be explained in the booking and confirmation of the viewing. If the rules are not followed, we will refuse access to the property and the appointment will have to be rearranged.
