The Drapery shortlisted for prestigious award
Our latest Liverpool City Centre development, The Drapery, has been shortlisted for Property of the Year at the Insider Liverpool City Region Property Awards!
Located in the upcoming Fabric District area of Liverpool, The Drapery comprises 24 apartments for market rent. Apartments are a mix of studio, one and two bedroom properties, all fully furnished and all fully let.
The Drapery is a 200-year-old building, and it was vital that we created beautiful new, energy efficient homes that retained many of the original features. New homes have been fitted with internal wall insulation and upgraded glazing, while keeping the large arched windows that face out onto London Road.
