We partnered with Peaks and Plains Housing Trust and Chalk to market, sell and let their 67 unit development, Crossings. This beautiful flagship scheme saw 27 homes available to buy with shared ownership, 26 homes available for rent to buy and 14 homes available for private rent.
We’re delighted to announce that, following a hugely successful marketing campaign and an expert sales and lettings process managed in-house, all rent to buy and private rent homes have been reserved off plan. We’re also happy to confirm that 55% of the shared ownership properties are reserved off plan, an overall excellent achievement for the sales & lettings team at Redwing!
