Harrington Row is a huge success!

The Redwing team were celebrating this Saturday after a successful launch event for Harrington Row. All fourteen homes at the new development in L8 reserved within hours of the launch, with queues of people keen to get a look of the stunning show home stretching out to Park Street.

Frank Hont, Chair of Foundations, officially cut the ribbon to launch the development and open the homes at Harrington Row to an eager public. The thee-bedroom homes are available through rent to buy, an innovative concept that allows you to rent a home at a reduced cost – using the money left over to save for a deposit to buy.

Jessica Turner, Sales Manager, said, “We’re thrilled that all fourteen homes at Harrington Row are reserved and that Foundations have enjoyed such a successful event.  It just goes to show how big the demand is for affordable housing in Liverpool, and how committed we are at Redwing in helping people onto the property ladder”

Harrington Row is the first project from Foundations, a new ethical housing company established by Liverpool City Council to help meet the needs of the city’s residents in the 21st century. Foundations represents a multi-million pound programme that aims to deliver through public/private partnerships thousands of new homes over the next decade, providing a mix of affordable and family housing both for sale and rent.
