Redwing to bring 15 new homes to Wallasey
Redwing are set to bring 15 new homes to Wallasey as part of a new deal between Goodwin Group and The Regenda Group.
Located on the site of the former Ship Inn on Breck Road, Wallasey, Goodwin will construct 15 new three-bedroom townhouses for The Regenda Group, parent of Redwing, as part of a partnership deal worth over £2 million.
The new homes are being developed with funding support from Homes England, with a unique design and stunning features including external terraces to look out to views of the Welsh hills.
Available for sale through shared ownership, the new development will make home ownership in Wallasey Village more accessible and affordable.
