Moose Coffee opens its doors at Plaza 1821.

The Redwing team at Plaza 1821 have welcomed their new neighbours, Moose Coffee, who have now opened their latest restaurant at the £21 million development!

The brand new 70-seater restaurant is situated on the ground floor of the residential building Plaza 1821, with stunning panoramic views of the historic Princes Dock. The restaurant is the 7th branch to open in the UK, with interiors fitted out in Moose Coffee’s signature style perfectly complimenting their existing locations in Crosby and Liverpool City Centre, as well as Manchester and Leeds.

The family-owned local business offers a range of American and Canadian inspired breakfast dishes throughout the day, such as their famous pancake stacks, eggs benedict and much more.

Moose Coffee’s partnership with the Regenda Group will also see an exciting new training programme provided by The Learning Foundry, a subsidiary of The Regenda Group, offering education and employment opportunities to local young people.

Fiona Coventry, Executive Director of Property at Redwing, says: “We’re delighted for our residents at Plaza 1821 to live alongside a fantastic independent local business such as Moose Coffee. We are also thrilled to have Moose Coffee on board in supporting our commitment to regenerating the dockside community and provide opportunities for young people across the Northwest.”

Moose Coffee is open 9am – 5pm, 7 days a week at Plaza 1821, William Jessop Way, L3 1DZ.
