We’re proud to share that Redwing has been shortlisted for Residential Property Agency of the Year at the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2025 – marking our fourth consecutive nomination and following three incredible wins in a row!

This recognition celebrates our continued commitment to delivering high-quality, affordable homes with exceptional service.

So far in 2025, we’ve brought over 6 new developments to market, forged new partnerships with developers and housing associations to bring even more homes to market, and grown our shared ownership resales offer – all while reinvesting profits into social value initiatives across the Liverpool City Region as part of The Regenda Group. That’s our purpose.

We’re also proud to be sponsoring the ‘Emerging Property Developer of the Year’ category for the second year running, supporting the brilliant developers who are shaping the future of our city.
