Redwing partners with Tawd Valley to bring stylish new homes to Hesketh Bank, Preston.

Redwing is proud to announce a new partnership with Tawd Valley Developments to market and sell Blundell Crescent, a development of 10 beautifully designed bungalows in Hesketh Bank, Preston.

Launching June 2025, homes will be available to buy through Shared Ownership – a government backed scheme helping aspiring homeowners take their first step on the property ladder.  Located in a rural village setting, Blundell Crescent offers a unique opportunity to buy an affordable home in a peaceful and well-connected location, without compromising on quality or style.

Jessica Turner, Head of Partnerships and Growth at Redwing said: “Blundell Crescent is the kind of development we love to be a part of. Beautiful designed, rooted in community, and genuinely affordable, offering buyers something that’s increasingly hard to find in a rural location! We’re so proud to support Tawd Valley in this journey, they’re a partner who shares our values and passion for creating high-quality homes that regenerate places and enhance communities. We can’t wait to meet the new buyers and watch this exciting development come to life, together!”

Blundell Crescent is located on Becconsall Lane, consisting of 10 detached three-bedroom bungalow all including spacious front and rear gardens, off-road parking and open-plan living spaces. Homes are built to the latest building standards and achieve an EPC rating of B, keeping homes cosy for buyers and energy efficient for the long-term.

Danielle Ashworth, Director of Development at Tawd Valley Developments, said: “We’re so excited to introduce Blundell Crescent, our exciting new development in Hesketh Bank. There’s a real need for high-quality, thoughtfully designed and most of all, affordable bungalows in the area, so reaching this stage in the build is such a proud milestone for us. From day one, working with Redwing has felt like a natural fit. They don’t just bring marketing and sales expertise; they bring real passion and purpose which aligns perfectly with how we work at Tawd Valley. What makes this partnership even more meaningful is knowing that, through Redwing’s profit-for-purpose model, we’re making a positive impact beyond the development and into communities across the North West.”

Blundell Crescent takes its name from Hesketh Bank’s rich local history and its connection to the nearby River Douglas. Blundell is a tribute James Blundell, a local guide who helped people cross the river during the industrial era and is remembered for his service to the community.

This partnership reflects Redwing’s growing reputation as a trusted, purpose-driven sales and marketing partner for housing providers across the North West. As part of The Regenda Group, Redwing reinvests our profits into projects that go beyond bricks and mortar – regenerating places and creating opportunities for people. Find out more here:
