Redwing has partnered with South Liverpool Homes (SLH) to market and sell 20 Shared Ownership homes at South Parade in Speke, helping more people take their first step onto the property ladder through an affordable route to homeownership.

As sales partner for the development, Redwing is supporting buyers from initial enquiry through to completion, making the Shared Ownership process simple and accessible.

The launch marks an important milestone for the development, with the first Shared Ownership homes now available to reserve. Since launching at the end of June, demand has been strong, with almost 50% of homes already reserved.
