Inspiring future LEADers at Redwing

We're passionate about developing homes. And we're also passionate about developing our people...

As part of The Regenda Group, staff can take part in LEAD - Leading, Evolving, Achieving and Developing future leaders from across the business. LEAD is a bespoke programme delivered in partnership with The Learning Foundry who provide Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) accredited qualification as part of the programme. Staff are partnered with a senior manager for one to one mentoring and guidance and graduate with the skills and knowledge to be a successful leader.

Eleanor Thomas, Lettings Negotiator and Layla Swainbank, Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator, recently graduated from LEAD:

"It's been such an amazing experience to be part of and I've had the opportunity to learn, improve and grow throughout." Eleanor

"What a journey I have been on! I am beyond proud of myself and feel it has given me more confidence..." Layla

The graduation day was hosted in the newly renovated and historic home of Cain’s brewery, where graduates, their managers, programme mentors and members of the Regenda Group Executive Team, met for lunch, networking and to hear from coach and inspirational speaker Tim Roberts.

Tim said:
“As a coach I can’t stress enough how important it is to continue to build your self-awareness. People will always remember the way you behave and the way you made them feel not the targets you set or tasks you completed – so self-awareness is one of the best leadership qualities to have.

It’s great to hear about how the LEAD class of 2023 have developed in this way. I look forward to seeing how they take what they have learned on the LEAD programme forward to help others like them in the future”.
