Redwing has been shortlisted for Residential Operator of The Year, which recognises companies that provide outstanding customer service and property management strategies that improve the experience of both tenants and landlords.

Redwing submitted three residential development projects for this award:
Our partnership work with Warrington Housing Association and Incrementum, which saw us market, let and manage 161 affordable homes, achieve a 100% off-plan reservation rate and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Plaza 1821, our Build to Rent Development, located on Princes Dock, Liverpool, has everything renters need to make lift a breeze. From an onsite concierge team to a beautiful resident’s lounge, dedicated caretaker to onsite coffee shop with Moose Coffee, staff arrange everything from parcel collections to feeding pets and watering plants!
Our final project was for our work at Cableyard, Liverpool City Centre. Following changes to the law around cladding on buildings, Redwing commissioned a significant retrofit fire safety project at this 37 unit apartment block. We delivered clear and consistent communications with residents throughout delivery of the project.
