RAAC Update
There has been extensive media coverage recently regarding the presence of reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) in a number of public buildings in England. The Regulator of Social Housing has said that RAAC ‘is not widespread in social housing’.
Redwing, as part of the Regenda Group takes the wellbeing of all our customers seriously and your safety is our number one priority. We are currently assessing buildings constructed between 1950 and 1990 for the presence of RAAC and will ensure residents are kept up to date on the outcome of this process.
