The Insider North West Property Awards celebrates the remarkable achievements of the region’s residential sector. Bringing together the people and businesses that have designed, developed, funded and managed the built environment.
Shortlisted in the ‘Apartment Development of The Year, for less than 200 homes’ category, this award celebrates state of the art apartment developments across the North West.
Plaza 1821 is a development of 105 apartments available for the private rent sector and managed by Redwing. Located in an exciting new neighbourhood at the Princes Dock, where the thriving city meets world-famous maritime heritage. The Princes Dock is one of five neighbourhoods part of the wider Liverpool Waters regeneration scheme, creating a lifestyle and a location to live unlike any other.
