It is hard to believe that it is has been a whole year since Letta, in partnership with Redwing, launched their development site, Silkash! Located at a brand-new neighbourhood in Westhoughton, Bolton, Silkash provides a selection of two-, three- and four-bedroom family homes for private rent. As the letting and management agent for Letta, Redwing have welcomed families, couples and single tenants into the 21 new homes and watched this brand new neighbourhood transform into a vibrant community.
In 2022, Redwing partnered with Letta, owned by Peel L&P, to market, let and manage an initial pipeline of 100 homes across three new North West neighbourhoods Silkash, Airie and Glisk. Built by Peel L&P’s homebuilder Northstone, who set a new high standard for sustainable new builds, the homes were extremely popular with tenants resulting in 98.9% off all homes reserved off-plan!
