New Redwing partnership to manage brand new homes in Warrington
Redwing has partnered with Warrington Housing Association to manage 161 high-quality sustainable homes in Warrington, that are being delivered by the Warrington Borough Council-owned Incrementum Housing Companies.
Foxwood & Sycamore are the first residential development projects by Incrementum Housing Companies. Built with funding from Homes England, the mix of 161 houses and apartments are built across two former school sites in Warrington, the former Foxwood Special School site in Birchwood, and the former Sycamore Lane Community Primary School site in Great Sankey.
The award-winning Redwing team will bring the properties to market, produce promotional materials, manage the letting process in-house from start to finish and manage each tenancy in the two-year let and manage the contract.

Foxwood & Sycamore provide a mix of two- and three-bedroom houses, and one- and two-bedroom apartments, available for private and affordable rent. Developed by Incrementum Housing Companies, each development has been designed with modern life in mind, including sustainable living features such as solar panels and a ground source heat pump to generate electricity for the properties.
