New homes reserved off-plan as Peel L&P partner with Redwing on new development
Earlier this month, we partnered with Letta, Peel L&P’s new build to rent company, to market, let and manage new homes in Ellesmere Port. And we’re delighted to announce that all homes marketed to date have been reserved off plan.

Redwing were asked to market, let, and manage 100 new family homes as part of Letta’s initial pipeline of market rented homes across Bolton and Ellesmere Port. Homes range from two-, three- and four bed properties, all with private gardens set within communities that are well connected to green spaces, rich in biodiversity and close to key transport links and sustainable travel routes.
