More award nominations for Redwing
Redwing have been shortlisted in not one, but two categories in this year's YM Liverpool Property and Business Awards.
2023 has been Redwing’s biggest year yet, and it’s great to have that recognised with our nomination for Property Agent of the Year 2023. Over the past year, the Redwing team have sold and let 163 properties and welcomed over 200 tenants into their new homes, all whilst delivering an exceptional customer centric service across our service offer, from development consultancy and marketing to sales, lettings, and property management.
We’re so proud of everything we have achieved over the past year, however, our Plaza 1821 development at Liverpool’s Princes Dock is something we’re particularly proud of, and we’re thrilled that it has been shortlisted in the Build to Rent Development of the Year category.
Life at Plaza is more than renting a better apartment. Tenants at Plaza 1821 can choose from stylish part or fully furnished apartment, with internet included within the rent, Sky Q packages and discounts for local Liverpool businesses such as hairdressers/barbers and gyms. Like the rest of the Redwing team, our on-site concierge team are passionate about the community at Plaza, offering services including hosting tenant events and pet and plant care. Our friendly team know each tenant by name, and regularly communicate with our tenant Facebook page, providing any building or local area updates, or inviting them to the yearly casino night in our exclusive residents’ lounge.
The awards will take place at Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre on 30 November 2023 where industry representatives from across the Liverpool City Region gather under one roof to reflect on another 12 months of achievements.
