We’ve reviewed our contact centre operating hours to ensure that you’re receiving the service you need.
Following an extensive review, we are changing our operating hours and will answer calls, emails and requests through social channels from 8am to 5.30pm from 3 May 2021. This means we’ll have more staff answering calls during the busiest times of the day, so your enquiry will be answered quickly.
You can still report emergency repairs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our call centre. You can access The Hub to:
- Report a repair or check the status of your repair
- Check your rent balance
- Make a rent payment
- Set up a Direct Debit
- Check when planned works (new kitchen/bathroom/windows and doors, etc) are due
- Check when your gas safety check is due
