Four more award nominations for Redwing
Redwing’s partnership with Letta, Peel L&P’s new build-to-rent company, has been recognised by the Property Week Resi Awards 2023 and is finalist for PRS Deal of The Year!
We partnered with Letta to market, let, and manage and initial pipeline of 100 homes across the North West. Providing high quality and innovative energy efficient homes, Letta increases and improves the quality and supply of homes to rent in Ellesmere Port and Bolton. Our partnership approach also provides tenants with an excellent end-to-end property management service delivered by Redwing’s award-winning team.
The Resi Awards celebrate successes throughout the residential property sector, bringing together experts from all areas including developers, landlords and investors.
Letta were chosen as finalist by an independent panel of 43 judges. The winners will be announced on 10th May 2023 at Grosvenor House, London.
Redwing would not be able to achieve results like this without the expertise and support of the whole team, and we’re thrilled to announce that three of our staff members have been shortlisted at Insider Media’s North West Young Professionals Awards, 2023.
The awards highlight professionals across ten categories, showcasing the range of young professional talent across the region.
Our colleagues David Briscombe, Kayleigh Davenport and Hayley McCarthy have been nominated for Young Business Development Professional, Young Property Professional and Young Marketing and Media Professional of the Year respectively.
2023 is the 20th year of the awards. Winners will be announced on 19th April 2023 at the Midland Hotel, Manchester.
