First residents move into Plaza 1821

The first residents have moved into Plaza 1821, our landmark development at Princes Dock.

Following the completion of a meticulous design and build programme, residents have finally started to call the building home - with a move-in process carefully planned with social distancing in mind.

Plaza 1821 is a stunning development of 105 one and two bedroom apartments for private rent on the Liverpool waterfront, where the thriving city meets world-famous maritime heritage.

Apartments at Plaza 1821 have been designed with modern life in mind, featuring contemporary furnishings, high-speed wireless internet and app-based heating included as standard.  Each boasts high quality fittings and appliances, as well as a balcony with impressive views of the historic Liverpool waterfront or world-famous city. A dedicated residents’ lounge on the ground floor will offer a bright and spacious location for socialising and home working, whilst an exciting restaurant partner is to be announced soon.

Managed by Redwing, the new residents will benefit from a single landlord and property manager with over 50 years’ experience in transforming city centre living in Liverpool.  A concierge and caretaker are available to provide a warm welcome and maintenance services, whilst features such as fob-based apartment access and parcel lockers have been designed to create a safe and secure environment to call home.

Offering a new experience for city centre living, Redwing has developed a package of additional services for Plaza 1821.  As well as secure car parking and cycle storage, residents can benefit from a dog walking service, apartment cleaning and laundry, alongside local discounts and preferential SkyQ rates.

Plaza 1821 forms part of the £5bn Liverpool Waters regeneration scheme, which will transform five new neighbourhoods along the City’s waterfront.  Named after the year Princes Dock opened, the development is perfectly placed to enjoy a cycle along Liverpool’s renowned waterfront, whilst being just moments from the leisure, culture, and connectivity of the city centre.

Kayleigh Davenport, Redwing’s Property Manager for Plaza 1821, said “The first few weeks at Plaza 1821 have been a whirlwind, but it has been exciting getting to know this stunning building and being on-hand to meet our new residents. We’ve worked hard to make the move-in process as smooth as possible, and it’s been great to see our tenants start to enjoy their lovely new homes”

Fiona Coventry, Managing Director of Redwing, said, “At Redwing we work with a range of partners to provide high quality residential developments where people and communities thrive. Plaza 1821 is one of a number of new developments that we will bring to our customers in the near future.”

She added, “The development offers 105 stunning apartments for private rent, each with outdoor space, spectacular views and a range of amenities, and we will also be announcing an exciting restaurant partner for our ground floor space soon”

Apartments at Plaza 1821 are available from £730pcm. Viewings are available, and apartments can be reserved with an online apartment picker www.plaza1821.com
