Even more award nominations for Redwing: Nomination for Partnership of the Year
Nominations keep on rolling in for Redwing this year. Redwing have been nominated for Partnership of the Year 2023 at the Love to Rent Awards for their collaboration with Warrington Housing Association (WHA) and Incrementum.
Redwing managed marketing, lettings and management of the 161 new and sustainable family homes in Warrington across two sites, Foxwood and Sycamore. The homes are a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments and two- and three-bedroom houses, available for affordable and private rent.
The properties were designed to address the imbalance of supply and demand of rental properties across Warrington, with an ambitious development designed with placemaking at its core. .
Through investment from Warrington Boroughwide Council (WBC), the build-to-rent development provided high quality and sustainable homes set in communities desired to rent for the long term. Residents are given the opportunity to renew their tenancy year on year, providing reassurance and the ability to picture a stable life in their home.
Redwing helped Warrington Housing Association to bring the properties to market, offering a comprehensive lettings and property management service resulting in 100% of homes being reserved off plan within one month.
The awards ceremony will take place at The Londoner in Leicester Square on 3rd November 2023.
