Blundell Crescent fully sold within months of launch! | News

After four months on the market, Blundell Crescent, a development of ten two and three-bedroom bungalows in Hesketh Bank, West Lancashire, has been fully sold off plan. Due for completion in January 2026, it’s not long until the new residents can move into their brand-new homes.

Developed by Tawd Valley Developments in partnership with West Lancashire Borough Council, homes have been sold by Redwing, Liverpool-based property agency.

Homes at Blundell Crescent were sold through Shared Ownership, a government backed scheme helping aspiring homeowners take their first step on the property ladder. It works by purchasing shares of the property, typically between 25% and 75%, and paying rent on the rest – meaning the mortgage deposit more affordable for buyers.
