South Liverpool Homes launches Shared Ownership homes in Speke, delivered in partnership with Redwing. | News

South Liverpool Homes (SLH) has launched its first phase of new homes at its major redevelopment project, South Parade, in Speke, Liverpool. The launch includes 20 Shared Ownership homes, marking a key milestone at this 92-unit scheme, bringing more affordable, high-quality homes to the area.  

Homes are being marketed and sold by Liverpool-based property agency, Redwing, specialists in shared ownership and affordable homeownership for more than 60 years.

Buyer interest has been high since the development launched at the end of June, with several reservations already underway. 

 
All homes at South Parade have been built to minimise energy costs for buyers, achieving EPC A efficiency standards, with solar PV panels, electric heating and electric vehicle charging points included.  

Shared Ownership homes at South Parade start at £20,250 for 10% ownership for a 2-bedroom home and £25,250 for 10% ownership for a 3-bedroom home, giving aspiring homeowners an accessible way to get on the property ladder by purchasing a share of the property, while paying rent on the remaining portion.  
South Parade is a multi-tenure development, designed to provide a variety of affordable ways to buy or rent a home, including Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy, affordable rent and social rent. Homes on offer include two, three and four-bedroom houses, bungalows and apartments.
