It provides a convenient self-service tool to:

• pay your rent and/or service charges

• raise repairs

• check the status of repairs

• let us know if any of your details change, especially your contact details. The more information you provide to us, the easier it is for us to communicate with you

• request to keep a pet - not all tenancies and leases allow pets so it’s always best to check

• as us for written consent before making home improvements. Changes made without consent can invalidate the buildings insurance or your tenancy

• inform us if you wish to sublet your home

• ensure you meet your lease obligations in respect of fire safety regulations.

How do I register?

Registration is simple - click the register button below and follow the instructions. You’ll need your tenancy ID/tenancy reference number to hand.
