Stunning shared ownership schemes launch
We’re delighted to bring 34 new affordable yet beautiful homes to the Liverpool City Region, with the completion of two development sites in Crosby and Aigburth.
Lister Gardens, an art-deco inspired development on Crosby Road North, was handed over in July. This five storey building contains 20 two and three bedroom apartments and features wrap around balconies, landscaped gardens and allocated car parking spaces.
Pavilion Point in Aigburth contains 14 two bedroom apartments, each with its own balcony.
Both developments were built by our sister company, M&Y Maintenance and Construction and are available for shared ownership, giving aspiring homeowners to chance to buy a bit, and rent a bit - with a smaller mortgage leading to a smaller deposit requirement.

This shared ownership development allows households to buy a share of one of the new one or two bedroom flats starting at 40% of the total value. Given the difficulties some households would have in affording new homes at full market prices, we hope this new development assists local people to get their feet on the first rung of the home ownership ladder.”
