We will continue to create opportunities and provide fair employment across the region, enabling us to grow the brilliant team of people we have at Redwing today who deliver an outstanding service to our customers.
There are four main pillars set out in the Charter which organisations are required to meet, these are:
1. Healthy Pillar
We commit to safe workplaces supporting a healthy workforce
2. Fair Pillar
We commit to fair pay and fair hours.
3. Inclusive Pillar
We commit to inclusive workplaces that support staff to grow and develop.
4. Just Pillar

Just some of the ways that The Regenda Group meets these pillars include our ‘Live and Learn’ scheme, where staff can learn a new skill outside of their work role, we have had collages learn everything from glass blowing to yoga teaching! We also offer flexible and agile working as well as enhanced annual leave and additional time off for special life milestones for example the first day of school.
