Letta launch new sustainable homes to rent in Bolton.
In partnership with Redwing, build-to-rent company Letta have launched their latest new development site Silkash, providing 21 much-needed family homes for private rent in Westhoughton, Bolton.
Properties at Silkash range from two-, three- and four-bedrooms featuring a stunning design with open plan living spaces, high ceilings and big windows. All including private leafy gardens that are rich in biodiversity, close to key transport links and sustainable travel routes. Letta homes are built for the future and designed beyond the current building regulations for energy performance, packed with smart technology proven to reduce energy bills by up to 25% on the cost of heating.
