IFF Research Calls - You're feedback is important to us

We use your feedback to shape our services and to ensure that the services we provide are what our residents want to see.
 

Every two years, we carry out a STAR survey. This is an independent survey that asks you how satisfied you are with the services provided by Redwing.


We have changed our approach to gathering feedback and would like to do this more often, to give us a more up-to-date picture of how we are performing. From 3 October, we will carry out satisfaction surveys each month. We have created a list of FAQ’s below. Why are we doing this?

The Regulator of Social Housing is creating a new system for assessing how well social housing landlords in England are doing at providing good quality homes and services. In addition to introducing revised consumer standards, this will involve a set of tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) that social housing landlords must report on. People will be able to use these measures to understand how well landlords are doing and also give The Regulator an idea of which landlords might need to improve things for their tenants

Who will be contacted to take part in the survey?

Redwing residents from across the North West will be chosen at random to take part in the survey.

How will I be contacted?

You may be contacted by phone or by email to take part.

Who will contact me?

Surveys are being carried out by IFF Research. IFF currently completes satisfaction telephone surveys on behalf of Regenda Homes (e.g. complaints, a perception-based survey allowing tenants to give overall feedback on all our services).

IFF Research is a member of the Market Research Society, so they are bound under a strict code of conduct. IFF won’t ever ask for financial information or try to sell anything.

How will I know it’s a legitimate call?

IFF Research will call you from 0203 148 7717 or email from SHM@iffresearch.com 

How long will the survey take?

The survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

How often will I be contacted?

Participation is selected at random. You may receive up to two emails or four calls per month inviting you to participate in the survey. Due to the random selection process, you could be contacted each month until you complete a survey. Once you have completed a survey, you will not be contacted again for another 12 months.

What will you do with my feedback?

We will use your feedback to improve our services to residents – we want to do more of what you say we’re getting right and put right the things we’re getting wrong.

Can I opt out?

Yes, if you don’t want to take part in these surveys, you can opt-out. However, we can only improve our services if you provide honest feedback.
