Bonfire Night
It's now that time of year again to dust off your woolly hat, scarf and gloves and head outside to watch our night skies illuminated with fireworks! However, if you are unsure of which display to go to we have done the hard work for you.
The River of Light Festival is back for another year at our Liverpool Waterfront. This free event runs from Friday 1st November to Saturday 9th November from 5pm to 10pm daily, so don’t worry as there is still plenty of time to attend this must see event.
If you would prefer to watch the displays from a fairground ride then head down to Sherdley Park, St Helens on Tuesday 5th November. Entertainment and fairground rides begin at 6pm and the constellation themed display will begin at 7:30pm.
Fancy watching a free display with a superhero soundtrack? Runcorn's event this year will again be held on Mersey Road on Tuesday 5th November, the music will begin at 6:30pm and the display at 7:30pm. This event is very popular with people across the North West so it is best to get there early!
Don’t fancy standing out in the cold? If you are planning on having a night in on Tuesday don’t worry as you can still celebrate Bonfire Night from the comfort of your own home.
Firework Biscuit pops! They are easy to make, fun for all ages and you can enjoy them whilst snuggling up and watching the fireworks from your own home.
