Our letting fees

As part of the rental process with Redwing, as a tenant or a landlord, you may be required to pay some fees. These cover the costs of the administration and management of certain products and services.

Fees for tenants

Application Fee: No application fee

Holding deposit payable on reference process starting: One week’s rent*

*This will be withheld if you withdraw your application, fail the right-to-rent check, provide false or misleading information, fail to sign the tenancy agreement or Deed of Guarantee within 15 calendar days (or other Deadline for Agreement that has been agreed in writing).

Other fees may be payable during the tenancy and a copy of the agreement can be provided before you apply.

On the day you move into the property, you must pay:

One month’s rent (the holding deposit can be used towards this)

Deposit (which is one month’s rent)

Fees for landlords

Additional Property Inspections (Rent Collection and Let Only): £30

Written Valuation: £75

Inspection Report: £80

Lease and Inventory: £200
