Our story involves more than 50 years of experience in property, in Liverpool and the North West.

We began in 1963 as Maritime, with a strong history of helping local communities into the housing they needed.  Leaders in the revitalisation of  Liverpool City Centre, we led the redevelopment of Dukes Terraces, the last back-to-back mercantile housing in Liverpool, as well as renowned schemes such as The Foundry and Arts Village. In 2015, we became Redwing. We help you buy, rent, sell and manage the places you love. We manage over 2000 properties and have helped many buy their dream homes, with a particular focus on first time buyers through affordable products such as shared ownership.
